How to get to Dar Aladin

Many low cost airlines companies fly from Europe (UK, Belgium, France, Spain and Italy) to the airport of Fes. Please check the hereafter websites : http://www.jet4you.com/, http://www.ryanair.com/site/FR and http://www.atlas-blue.com/.

From Fes airport, take a taxi and go towards the medina.

Stop at Bab Guissa (car park) or at the Jamai Palace Hotel. It’s 5 minutes on foot from there. You will find the riad on the Andaloucian touristic trail, right next to Sidi Ahmed Ben Yahya Mosque (not in use) at the end of a cul de sac.

With a surface of 200 m2, Dar Aladin is a comfortable and authentic Moroccan riad.
Dar Aladin is a traditional Moroccan dwelling renovated with authentic materials in accordance with the traditional way of building and decorating. This place will make your stay in Fes an unforgetable moment.

The Ground Floor
As you get into Dar Aladin, you walk alongside a long corridor to get to the welcoming patio with its chimney and its four huge wooden doors.



The Entresol
As you climb up a narrow staircase, you will pass a small balcony that open onto the patio. At the back, a long bathroom with shower made of tadelakt and copper basins. As you carry on climbing, you will see the Vanilla Bedroom with the ceiling made of cedar wood.



The First Floor
A magical place where from the balcony you have a full view onto the patio. The Amber Bedroom has also got a mezzanine that can be used as a boudoir. On the other side, the Lavender Room, a big bedroom, with its cozy and oriental atmosphere is provided with a comfortable mezzanine (thanks to the high ceiling) as well as a bathroom all made of tadelakt.



The Terrace
The terrace is a quiet and relaxing place in the Dar. You will enjoy basking in the sun or savouring your breakfast while looking at the Mosque minaret (not in use) and Fes medina.

Located in a quiet district of Fes, closed to the main souks and monuments, the riad will allow you to discover all the wonders of the marvellous medieval town.

It only takes five minutes on foot to get to the watched over car park of Bab Guissa from the riad. Big and small taxis are available anytime of the day.

We will be there to welcome you at your arrival at Bab Guissa and take you to the house.
The riads are houses that reflect a way of life. In a riad lives the whole family and all the openings look onto the patio. It is ideal for families with children or a well acquainted group of people, the riad is rented in its entirety.

The housekeeping and the cook are included in the price of the rent.

The dwelling has been entirely refurbished in the sheer Moroccan tradition with all its comfort and charms.

4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms (2 are attached to a bedroom), a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a patio with a chimney, a terrace and a big hall.

A cooking stove and hot plates, a washing-machine, a hoven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a citrus fruit press and a fridge.

Duvets, blankets, bed linen and towels are provided.
